Founded by Florian Voigt & Maximilian Manzenreiter — two real estate professionals with five years of experience in Mallorca.
My name is Maximilian Manzenreiter (32), and I am a Co-Founder of RealPilot. I started my first business at 21 and was early on involved in building brands and companies. I also spent several years as a top-performing salesperson in the real estate sector, where I learned how important clear structures, efficient processes, and persistence are for long-term success. At RealPilot, I oversee operations, finance, strategy, and growth. I contribute ideas on how workflows can be made more efficient, optimize processes, and implement automation solutions that help companies save time, use resources more effectively, and reach their full potential. My name is Florian Voigt (25), co-founder of RealPilot. Five years in the real estate industry in Mallorca — seven-figure transactions, working directly with agents, buyers and sellers in a demanding and highly competitive market. Throughout that time, one question always drove me: how can the system behind it all be improved? Pre-written emails, better property sorting, faster client assignment — I started early on optimising processes and getting the most out of existing CRM systems. At the same time, I immersed myself in artificial intelligence — not out of academic interest, but with a concrete question in mind: how can what I experience every day in real estate be solved with AI? This combination of hands-on experience and technical curiosity is the core of RealPilot.
